Events in Worthing From 31st August – 6th September 2026

As you plan your week, Worthing’s events are focused on musical entertainment. If you enjoy live performances, expect evenings with rhythmic fusions, blending jazz and funk. Several pubs along Portland Road and Marine Parade often host these acts, providing an option to unwind. Check the schedules at The Brook Steakhouse and Bar, known for its regular live music. Beyond these intimate sets, you can also experience a larger music event. This festival-style gathering will feature contemporary electronic music from acclaimed DJs. It’s set to deliver a dynamic atmosphere if you’re looking for a more expansive soundscape and a chance to connect with a wider musical community. The Connaught Theatre occasionally hosts similar electronic music events, offering a larger venue. If you're travelling by rail, the West Coastway Line provides access to the town, making it easy to attend these events. Keep in mind potential parking limitations in the town centre, especially during busy times. Whether you prefer live bands or DJ line-ups, the music scene offers choices for your evenings. Worthing’s moderate nightlife intensity is reflected in these curated experiences. This week’s programme offers a chance to explore different sides of the music scene. Don’t forget to check local listings for smaller performances at venues like the Egret’s Nest. Check the listings below for times and venues.
